規約レンズは、Chrome Web Store User Data PolicyおよびLimited Use要件に従い、取得した情報をユーザー向け機能の提供と安全な運用にのみ使用します。
拡張を開いたときに現在のサイトのドメインと言語設定を処理します。ユーザーがAI判定を実行した場合だけ、選択した規約文書のURL・本文、または貼り付けた本文を処理します。IPアドレス、匿名の導入トークン、要求時刻・結果コードも不正利用防止のため処理します。
ドメインは公式評価の検索のためToS;DRへ送信されます。AI判定では文書本文をOpenAIへ送信しますが、閲覧ページURLと文書URLは送信しません。公式評価の日本語翻訳にはDeepLまたはOpenAIを利用します。インフラ提供者はサービス運用に必要な範囲で通信情報を処理します。広告、プロファイリング、データ販売には使用しません。
文書URLと本文は永続保存しません。URLを含まない判定結果のキャッシュは90日以内、アクセスログは14日以内、匿名導入トークンは7日間有効です。言語設定と翻訳キャッシュは端末のChrome storageに保存されます。
通常運用で担当者が規約本文を閲覧することはありません。ユーザーが具体的なサポートを依頼した場合、セキュリティ調査、法令対応の場合に限り、必要最小限の情報を確認することがあります。
通信はHTTPSで暗号化し、アクセス制限と取得先検査を行います。端末内データは拡張の削除またはChromeの拡張データ消去で削除できます。問い合わせ・削除依頼は info@tkpk.work へお送りください。

Kiyaku Lens complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and uses data only to provide user-facing features and operate them securely.
When the popup opens, the extension processes the current site's domain and language setting. Only when the user requests an AI assessment does it process selected policy document URLs and text, or pasted text. It also processes IP addresses, an anonymous installation token, request times, and status codes to prevent abuse.
The domain is sent to ToS;DR to find an official assessment. Policy text is sent to OpenAI for AI assessment, but the active page URL and document URLs are not sent to OpenAI. DeepL or OpenAI may translate public ToS;DR points. Infrastructure providers process network information only as needed to operate the service. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Document URLs and text are not stored persistently. URL-free assessment cache entries expire within 90 days, access logs within 14 days, and anonymous client tokens within 7 days. Language and translation cache data remain in Chrome storage on the device.
Personnel do not routinely read policy text. The minimum necessary information may be reviewed only when a user requests specific support, for a security investigation, or to comply with law.
Transfers use HTTPS and the service applies access controls and destination validation. Device data can be removed by uninstalling the extension or clearing its Chrome extension data. Contact info@tkpk.work for questions or deletion requests.
